Unable to Sync Between Computer and Phone

To get your bug fixed faster please try to answer the following questions:

  1. Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?
    Firefox, Windows 8.1

  2. Which version of Memex are you running?

  3. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?

*Ever since I signed up for the paid version of Memex, I have not been able to sync my phone and computer.


It looks like you’re still in Trial mode. You mean it did work before?
When was that, since you signed up just a week ago?
