Sync not working

To get your bug fixed faster please try to answer the following questions:

  1. Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?
    macOS 11.2
  2. Which version of Memex are you running?
    The latest version from the Chrome store
  3. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
    When trying to initiate sync with my iOS device via the Pair New Device feature, it gets stuck at 47%, and then indicates the sync has failed.
