Many pdf docs are created with a tool that uses multiple space characters (%20) between words when needing to stretch a line to fully justify (hit left and right margin). For instance, a pdf discussing LED lights may have cases with single space (“LED%20lights”) as well as “LED%20%20lights” and even “LED%20%20%20lights”. Searching for “LED lights” in memex pdf viewer/annotator should find all three. (Many pdf viewers do this by default, eg, Apple Preview, PDF Expert.)
