I was wondering if there is any update about the PDF annotations on local files.

We have it planned out and is ready to be implemented. Currently finishing the multi-device sync, then the notifications for shared annotations, and right after the local PDF support!

How do I stop memex opening my pdfs? Should I turn off Allow access to file URLs

Looking forward to annotations for local pdfs, and also an option for multiple highlight colors (helps organize my thoughts). Loving Memex!

Local PDF support already works in our proof-of-concept.
Finishing this is up next!
