What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
I appear to have been very unlucky with Memex.
Today I will focus on my paid account issues:
- The extension still shows “Trial Period active”
- I got an email telling me my trial period was over (I think it should be)
- I upgraded my account
- Today I got an email with this subject: “Your cancelled Memex account”
I don’t know what to believe anymore. Maybe you have my account in your system twice?
