Not quite working: sync. issues + paid account issues

To get your bug fixed faster please try to answer the following questions:

  1. Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?
    Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 and app on Android

  2. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
    I appear to have been very unlucky with Memex.
    Today I will focus on my paid account issues:

  • The extension still shows “Trial Period active”
  • I got an email telling me my trial period was over (I think it should be)
  • I upgraded my account
  • Today I got an email with this subject: “Your cancelled Memex account”

I don’t know what to believe anymore. Maybe you have my account in your system twice?
(This account is registered with the same email address I am using on this forum)

Do you guys ever plan on looking into this?

We indeed already started working on a fix to the general flow of adding payment data after a subscription trial runs out.

I deleted your second subscription and gave the first one another 2 days in trial, which should be enough for you to add your payment details.
