Hey there,
we have decided to shut the history search down. From now on you can only full text search pages you bookmarked/tagged/annotated/listed.
We’ll soon publish a more extensive post about our reasoning.
However for existing users it should have been enabled still. So there must be a bug.
We’ll look into it asap.
