[Memex community] Sign up to Memex community is quite difficult

  1. Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?

Windows 10 - 21H2
Firefox - 96.0.1

  1. Description
  • Confirmation e-mail never sent to hotmail.fr mails.
  • Signing-up via Google leads to following error message :

Erreur 400 : redirect_uri_mismatch
You can’t connect to this app because it doesn’t respect OAuth 2.0 rules of Google.

  • Signing-up via Github leads to following error message :

Sorry, there was an error authorizing your account. Please try again.

  • Finally, when using a gmail adress, we can sign-up, but not without trouble :

    • Mail is sent in spam folder.
    • When clicking the confirmation link, we get the following error message :

Sorry, there was an error authorizing your account. Please try again.

But if you refresh the page, you are correctly logged-in.

Luckily, I was willing to sign-in :laughing:
