To get your bug fixed faster please try to answer the following questions:
Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?
Firefox, Windows 10.
Which version of Memex are you running?
What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
Taking notes in sidebar while watching a Youtube video (saved the note multiple times)
Only to lose the notes after collapsing the the sidebar and locking and unlocking it.
Oh Mina, sorry that you run into so many troubles with Memex.
Can we try to have another call and you can walk me through the problem?
Alternatively, you can try creating an annotation, and then checking the background console of the page for error messages, maybe that gives us an indication.
To get there you can right click on anything on the page, press ‘Inspect’, then go to the tab “console” and make a screenshot, and then post it here.
After you’ve done that you can restart the extension, reload the browser tab and try again and see if the problem persists.
To restart the extension disable and enable it again (not delete).
