Thanks for your suggestion Matt. I have a follow up question, are you using the Dashboard when you search or the popup sidebar?

That already works, at leaset for me on chrome/brave.
You are talking about when the sidebar is fully opened, or just the little ribbon?

The whole sidebar, I am on latest firefox on Linux.

I have had a bit more time testing, I have a bunch of ui problems. I changed the “show bar” shortcut to s, some pages just show the ribbon intermittently but never actually show the bar (for example on https://bitbucket.org).
