    i am using microsoft edge browser on windows 10
  2. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
    i am just trying to sync to my mobile device and backup my memex

Sorry you run into issues!

Unfortunately I need a bit more information on what goes wrong.
Also there are 2 different issues in your report.

To get a bit more clarity here a couple of questions:

  1. What error message does appear in both cases (backup & sync)? Does it just get stuck?
  2. What did you expect would happen, and what happened instead that made you think backup and sync were not successful?
