I would like to access the highlights and comments for scripting. As far as I know there is no API available for Memex yet. If that is the case, what’s the easiest way to access the database (maybe just read access is fine)?

We have just released StorexHub into developer alpha, its our API platform to connect Memex with any other app, so also import/export highlights programmatically.
We still need to update the docs on how to build a plugin that works with Memex directly.
