Having Issues Upgrading to Paid Plan - Trying Last 2 Days

  2. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?

You want to upgrade to Pioneers from a regular “thinker” plan?

To do so go to “edit subscription” in the “my account” page and add the addon “Pioneer”.

Hi Oliver, yes, however I’m having issues. I get stuck with the page loading to no end once I agree to terms of service and click subscribe.

Can you explain step by step what you do, not sure if I can follow :confused:

Do you have any scriptblocker installed?

If you right click and then go to “inspect” and then “console” what does show there?

Having issues again. Under console, a few errors are listed.

  1. it occurred on remote side, please check its console for more details.

  2. Uncaught Type error: t is undefined

  3. Uncaught (in promise) d: Internal
