To get your bug fixed faster please try to answer the following questions:

  1. Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?
    Chrome, fully updates
  2. Which version of Memex are you running?
    2.6.7
  3. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
    Nothing, just no ribbon and not access to extension options?

Can you disable/enable the extension and see if it works again then?

Go to chrome://extensions > and switch the little toggle.

Does it work?
