Cannot pair a device

To get your bug fixed faster please try to answer the following questions:

  1. Which browser, operating system and versions of those are you using?

  2. What are the steps you took that lead to the bug?
    Iā€™m trying to pair a new device (I paired an android phone device few months ago). But it seems that it got disconnected. So, I tried to pair the same device again, but couldnā€™t get the QR code to do so. It just loads as can be seen in the GIF.

First, I think itā€™s best to be on the latest version if you can (2.17.3)
Did you at some point change your extension to another one or removed a device from the device list? We never had the case of the connection being disconnected?

You can also try to disable and enable (not delete!) the extension and see if that works to load the QR code. If that still does not work I am happy to hop on a call with you for a first 15min and check out if there are any bugs I can help to uncover: calendly.com/worldbrain
