Can I get a receipt please?

Sorry for posting this here. I haven’t gotten a response back via email or chat. Just trying to figure out what’s going on.

I recently bought the $150 early adopter offer.

On my dashboard though, it seems that my account hasn’t been updated.

Nor did I get any kind of receipt when I bought the offer.

I sent an email to support@worldbrain.io.

@BlackForestBoi , any ideas?

As far as I understand it:
The accounts wont be upgraded until Memex is out of beta.
As soon as it exits from Beta and into full release, our subscription begins from that point.

As to the receipt though, yes, I came looking due to the same question.
I need my receipt for my Tax! But it seems I also did not get any email.
