Pioneer Subscription Issue

Hi,

I paid for the Pioneer Plan which was $150.

However, my subscription status became “cancelled” after the 30-day Trial.

So, I added my credit card and was instantly charged €80 for the pro-yearly plan.

Was I charged correctly? What happened to my Pioneer status?

(I contacted live chat and email support but never received a reply)

With the money from your support and those of others, we are now short before launching a completely overhauled sync on October 11.
From then on you can sync as many devices as you want, have auto-backup and saving and annotating stuff on tablets available.
